How to Leave a Comment & Notification Preferences

Whether you are logged in or a visitor viewing an invoice, you can leave a comment on your invoices to your agency team. The agency team will get notified of your comment. 

• Anyone who views an invoice via an email link can comment– logged in or not. 

• The comments are not editable. 

• Invoice email recipients are notified by default whenever someone comments on the invoice.
• If visitors and clients have unsubscribed, they will not receive email notifications. All email notifications include a Manage Subscriptions link. 
• Cartwheel batches comment notification emails at ~5-minute intervals for visitors and clients.
