Quick Tips to Plan Your Launch

  1. Choose a familiar sender, like a member of your client services team or a typical accounts payable contact

  2. Plan your timing. We recommend sending your first client communication 1-2 weeks before sending your first invoice. Don't forget to send an internal communication to your client service and cross-functional (i.e., payroll)

  3. Use multiple communication channels. Supplementing your launch communication with a LinkedIn post, website blog post, or a spotlight in a company newsletter or announcements goes a long way in driving adoption and preventing confusion.
